Now it is Fabio Zardetto (fourth generation) and his son Filippo who run the family estate. This family of passionates is to provide the Prosecco acclaim. The resolutly approach terroir offers complete range with Zardetto Private Cuvée (ideal for Spritz), Prosecco Brut DOC and selected plots on the best terroirs of Conegliano Prosecco Superiore to deliver a finely crafted.
The expression of the Glera grape (only grape allowed in the name Prosecco) is beautiful, so we deliberately selected Prosecco Brut, no need for more sugar as in many Italian sparkling.
