Thomas and Denis Gambier work this 17 hectare vineyard located in the town of Ingrandes de Touraine in the Bourgueil appellation.
They produce several red wines by separating their different terroirs.
The Gambier brothers try to make the most of their different plots. On gravel, the soil warms up quickly and the grapes mature more quickly. This is where they produce their rosé with finesse and their round and fruity red wines.
