How to choose a favorite among all these prestigious terroirs? The Wines of Maxime are all extraordinary, to taste one is to understand the complexity of Burgundy. We still chose this Premier Cru Les Chaumes because it is the plot where the estate is located and where Maxime took over the vines completely. The principles of sustainable agriculture are now bearing fruit, a vintage to be followed in the years to come!
