The Bouvet Vineyard is constitued by thirty hectares in the heart of the Alpes, on the southern slopes of the Massif des Beauges with a total of over 80 plots where flourish all grapes varieties of Savoie.

The quality and diversity of vines, worked in rational control, are explained by the fact that Bouvet, before to be in the wine was a family of nursery owner. In the cellar, respect of traditions and techniques of modern balance and complement each other to provide controlled winemaking and wines that speak elegantly of Alpes.

Since 2016, Frédéric Viallet took over Gilbert Bouvet, with the same desire to demonstrate that in Savoie, it is possible to make wines of great quality respecting of the nature and his territory.
